In Saudi Arabia the average price of apartments is less than the purchase price in meters

Statistics of the ministries of Justice, Labor and Social Development said that the average of  

Saudi salary is less than the price of square meter of apartments by 33 riyals, considering that the price of apartments in the "Saudi Arabia" up to 6000 riyals, and the average of Saudis salaries in private sector up to (4967) riyals per month according to the official statistics.

 this context, the expertise of real saudia estate sectors explained to ( okaz ) that the average of income, which the citizen need to be able from owing an apartment, should exceeded the level of 10 thousand riyals. 

 They noted that the statistics of the Ministry of Justice, which related to the value of square meter are not accurate, since

The chairman of Real Estate Evaluation from Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah AbdAllah AL-Ahmry, said to Okaz that "the average of salaries that the citizen need to own an apartment are ranged between 10-20 riyals monthly, as more than 60% of Saudis salaries did not exceeded 11 thousands riyals so the salary of citizen need to be raised over 10 thousand riyals until he able to owe an apartment.

" The member of Real Estate committee in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ghada Eledresy said to "Okaz" that according to the statistics from the ministries of Justice, Labor and social development, the citizen need a period ranged between 70- 100 years to be able to own a house. Saverage which mentioned by the ministry and away from the said statistics, I am optimistic because what done by the ministry to end this crises.
